Loved our rooms with access outside.

It offers very good breakfasts on the tomatoes. The setting is handy and easy, near to many areas, many eateries and supermarkets and takeaways. There's Little Sister Cafe just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The total stay was memorable of our holiday. The location was marvellous and lovely so close to shops cafes etc. What's more, it was just next door to local food restaurants and the centre of most of the stuff and the airport via the motorway. The room was amazingly comfortable with comfy bed, the staff were wonderful!

Enjoyed Auckland, the hotel was good modern in walking distance to trust stadium which was perfect for us as we went to an event there. The setting was quite great within easy reach of The Trusts Arena.

We were pleasantly surprised by the guest kitchen at Quality Hotel. It was a nice touch that made our stay even more convenient. The location was great and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

Bathroom not clean enough - hairs found on the floor.

Enjoyed that the hotel was comfortable modern, modern decor in the rooms. The rooms were neat, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was nice and fairly priced, for dinner.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located in a convenient area with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and cleanliness in the rooms was impressive, making me feel at ease during my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered good value for money, with reasonable prices for the services provided.

One minor aspect could use some improvement, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

I could hear the person next door , sound proofing is expensive it may be that I had a noisy neighbour however very comfortable over all.

The location in a good area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were a market and a local supermarket nearby. The breakfast was free and on the tomatoes, fairly priced. The service was amazing with parking on-site.

We enjoyed the central location of the hotel, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to provide extra amenities for our young child. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all necessary facilities available. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a good range of options to choose from.

Lovely building and rooms with the single bed as well as queen. Well-mannered staff and easy location just next door to supermarkets and eateries, a children's park and shopping malls. Nearby Icon Restaurant and Bar - great place to chill out.

The location was marvellous and lovely for walking around The Trusts Arena. The room was fantastic and exceptional!

Its location to my conference venue. Spacious room. Really appreciated the very late check in facility. And, the fact that it was a very late booking done by internet.

Nothing really, except that I used my Debit Plus card and a Credit Card was required. I was still accepted as a late booking, but had to pay the extra deposit which was refunded when I checked out.

The staff members were all friendly and always polite. The location was incredible, and the free breakfast was offered. Distance to the airport was just 19 miles.
